Living Retreats
A collaboration between Urban Detox and Littleton Mill has taken place to do specialised cleansing programs. They involve the Urban Detox of cleansing and involving other specialised therapies, such as the Light Alignment and NSA. In the future there will be other therapies that will added to the cleansing program which will make it the most exclusive and specialised cleansing program in the UK.

Living Retreats has two programs in June 1-10th 2012 at Littleton Mill. The first three day is a Rejuvantion program aimed at restoring and rejuvanting the body back into balance. Please click on the link to find out more details. The following 7 days is a extensive cleansing program.

Littleton Mill is a one of Britians Premier Eco-Chic Wellbeing Retreat centres in the UK, it is completley sustainable as it produces it's own electricity from the water mill. Surrounded by 10 acres of land and beautiful countryside, it is one the most peaceful and calming retreat centres that I have managed cleansing programs in.

Urban Detox Retreats
I have just launched the retreat section to Urban Detox, this is where you can see residential retreats in beautiful locations and seeting which are perfect place to relax, let go and cleanse. I have also made links with the work of Eva Appenzeller who does Light Alignment and much more when it comes to energy healing. She is pioneering shamanic energy healing work with sacred plant medicine during ceremony work. Urban Detox is now leaving it's premises in Knightbridge and is relocating in London. I will look forward to updating you with the new location, our retreat work and much more......

Urban Detox at Knightsbridge Location:
Our new and advanced cleansing formula that combines antiaging and detoxification whilst maintaining a busy life in London is now available at our exclusive Knightsbridge location 5 minutes from Harrods and Knightsbridge tube station.
Urban Detox is for anyone who is new to cleansing to those who have experience in cleansing. Urban Detox consultations provide the foundations where to start your cleanse, provide assessments pre and post residential retreat programs.
Later in the year Urban detox is to provide Residential Retreats. These programs will be from 7 to 14 days long.

Ozone Therapy Courses:
Oxidation Therapy has ran a new Ozone Therapy Course on the 4th and 5th of December 2009. The course is especially designed for complementary therapists was a great success. The course is to bridge the gap between complementary therapists and doctors. As a result and response of the attendies of the course have requested that Oxidation Therapy set up a facebook forum, that provides support to all therapist who have completed the training.

The next Ozone Therapy Course is scheduled for end of June 2010.

Network:
Oxidation Therapy is in process with one doctors whi is practicing with orthodox and complementary medicine. Oxidation Therapy aim is to facilitate trained complementary and doctors to work together to provide a high standard of cleansing programs for general health, preventative medicine and chronic disease. The network provides support for therapists who are trained in Ozone Therapy who's work can be further supported to provide a higher quality and good practice for their clients.
